The Basics

T-Shirts & Pre-Registration

All participants registered by Wednesday, June 19 will receive a t-shirt. After June 19, t-shirt availability will be limited.

Registration Packet Pickup

Pick up race packets at the lobby table during weekend worship on June 29 and June 30 at the Harvest Church Heights Campus, or at the Heights Campus front office on July 2 & 3, 8:00am - 5:00pm. For weekend worship times and Harvest Church campus locations, please visit harvestweb.net

Awards

Awards for the 5K and Criterium Bike Race will be given at Harvest Church immediately following the event.

  • Kids 12 and under (both genders)
  • Kids 13-17 (both genders)
  • Female Adult
  • Male Adult

Beneficiary

Founded in 1920, the Disabled American Veterans is totally funded by dues and contributions, and receives no federal funding. All proceeds from The Freedom Race including the items collected from the toiletry drive will benefit our local DAV chapter.

Please support your local DAV chapter by returning your race packet bag with toiletry items such as deodorant, combs, tooth paste, tooth brushes, razors, etc. Please bring the bag filled with these items on the day of the race, where a DAV member will be collecting them.

There will also be an opportunity to write a note thanking our Veterans for their service. Please be sure to pick your race packet up prior to the event for complete details.

Accommodations

There are changing areas/bathrooms at Harvest Church. Water and sports drinks will be available before the race begins. Snacks and beverages will be served after the race.

Emergency Personnel

Medical personnel will be on site and able to treat any injuries that may occur during the event.
